Context

Rok Šped Plus works with domestic and international clients, and the website is often the first point of contact. The existing online presence did not match the scale of the company or the range of its services, so the task was modernisation: make the offering legible, present the company as a dependable partner, and put the information within reach.

The second need came from inside the company. Finding new buyers ran on spreadsheets and scattered correspondence, so time went into rechecking who had already been contacted, what was known about a company and what the next step was. That work needed one flow and one place.

What we delivered

We redesigned and rebuilt the site, including design and copywriting. The structure follows what a visitor actually comes for - the service overview, transport, branch locations, partners and contact. Navigation was simplified, and particular attention went to performance and responsiveness, since the site is often opened from a phone on the move. The visual language suits logistics: clean, businesslike, unadorned.

We then built an internal sales CRM around the way their team sells. A company moves through a single flow - regional search, saved lead, analysis, prospect, client - and AI inside that flow finds companies by region and line of business, assembles a dossier from public sources with a source behind every claim, and scores how well a company matches the ideal client profile. The score itself is computed by the application from written rules, so the salesperson sees the reasoning rather than just a number. An offer is written from the dossier, rendered as a branded PDF and sent by email, with replies arriving in a shared sales inbox.

How it works today

The site runs at roksped.rs in Serbian. It presents four service areas - customs brokerage, logistics, warehousing and transport - alongside the branch overview, the partner list and an enquiry form. The site remains under our maintenance.

The CRM has been in production since August 2026 and the sales team uses it every working day. It runs on the client's own infrastructure, with automated deployment and a monthly spending limit on AI analyses, which keeps the cost per analysis predictable. The system is an internal tool and has no public address.

Freight Company - Website

roksped.rs is a website redesigned and developed for a freight forwarding and transport company, with a focus on clarity, trust, and professional business communication. The goal of the project was to modernize the company’s existing online presence and present its services more clearly to both domestic and international clients. The website structure was designed to highlight key services, company information, and contact options, supported by a clean and professional visual style aligned with the logistics industry. Navigation was simplified so users can quickly find relevant information without unnecessary steps. Special attention was given to responsiveness and performance, ensuring that the website works quickly and reliably across all devices, especially for users accessing it on the go. The project included improving the user experience, modernizing the visual identity, and organizing informational content more effectively. This project reflects our approach to improving existing business websites: transforming an outdated online presence into a modern, functional, and user-oriented platform that supports business communication and builds client trust.

Freight Company - Sales CRM with AI automation

A sales CRM that Rok Šped Plus uses every working day, built around the way their team actually sells. It replaced spreadsheets and scattered correspondence with a single flow that shows where each company stands and what the next step is: regional search, saved lead, analysis, prospect, client. AI does three jobs inside that flow. It finds companies by the selected region and line of business, assembles a company dossier from public sources so that every claim carries its source, and scores how well a company matches the freight forwarder's ideal client profile. The score is not left to the model's free judgement: the model classifies the data against written criteria, and the application computes the result from versioned rules, so the salesperson sees why a lead scored the way it did and which data is missing. An offer is written from the dossier, rendered into a branded PDF on the server and sent by email, with replies flowing back into a shared sales inbox so the entire conversation with a company sits in one place. Long analyses run in background workers under a monthly spending limit, which keeps the cost per analysis predictable. The backend is plain PHP with MySQL; the frontend is React, Vite and Tailwind. Data access is enforced server-side, deletion is soft so history, dossiers and email records survive it, and external service failures are translated into stable messages that never leak keys or internal detail. The system has been in production since August 2026, with automated deployment to the client's infrastructure.
