Maestro Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (maestro-solutions.org).

We collect only data necessary to provide our services or respond to your inquiry.

• Contact form: full name, company name (optional), email address, budget range, and message content.
• Maestro ServiceHub demo request: full name, phone, workshop name, city, workshop profile, approximate weekly vehicle count, email (optional) and note.
• Meta Pixel: when enabled, sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies in your browser to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information automatically recorded in server log files.
• Local preferences: language selection (Serbian/English) stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage -not accessible to Maestro Solutions.

Processing of personal data is based solely on one of the following legal grounds:

• Responding to inquiries and preparing service proposals -legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Performance of an IT services contract -contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Improving system security and stability -legitimate interest.
• Compliance with legal and accounting obligations -legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

• Contact form and business communications: up to 2 years from last contact or until the processing purpose is fulfilled.
• Data from active contracts: during the contract period and up to 5 years after completion, in line with legal obligations.
• Server log files: up to 30 days.

We use the following data processors, each operating in compliance with GDPR and EU standard contractual clauses:

• Groq Inc. -AI API powering the Mini Maestro assistant. Chat messages are forwarded to Groq's API for response generation.
• Web3Forms -Service for forwarding contact form submissions via email.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. -Meta Pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement. When a demo request is sent, phone, email, name and city are forwarded to Meta only as irreversible SHA-256 hashes, together with the IP address and browser data.

Under GDPR (EU 2016/679) you have the following rights:

• Right of access -to know what data we process about you.
• Right to rectification -of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") -subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to object -particularly for processing based on legitimate interest.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees who require it for their work. Software and infrastructure are regularly updated to remediate security vulnerabilities.
