AI
Integrations and Automations.
We connect artificial intelligence with your existing business processes, CRM systems, email communication, documents, and internal data sources.
From one workflow to a complete system
From one controlled workflow to a complete AI system that analyzes potential clients, prepares offers, creates personalized communication, and helps your team make faster and better decisions.
Client analysis
The AI analyzes potential clients and companies based on available data.
Offer preparation
Offer and proposal drafts are prepared automatically, based on your data and rules.
Personalized communication
Emails and messages are tailored to each client, with approval before sending.
For businesses that want AI working on their existing processes, data, and systems - with clearly defined rules and a level of control they choose.
What is an AI workflow?
One workflow is one defined automation with a clear input, processing sequence, and result. It is the basic unit of every AI integration.
- 01
A user enters a company name and the AI prepares a potential client analysis.
- 02
A new website inquiry is automatically classified and added to the CRM.
- 03
The AI prepares a draft offer using CRM data.
- 04
An uploaded document is analyzed and its data is entered into the business system.
- 05
A user selects a client and the AI prepares a personalized email for employee approval.
One workflow is not a complete autonomous sales system - it is a single process with a clearly defined scope.
What is an AI Automation Suite?
An AI Automation Suite is a collection of connected workflows, integrations, and business rules that together cover a broader business process, for example the full path from finding a client to a sent offer.
The system discovers or imports potential clients, enriches their data, analyzes companies, assigns a lead score, prepares personalized messages and offers, and sends them after user approval.
A complete system is not priced by simply adding the full standalone price of every individual workflow. Shared infrastructure, authentication, databases, and integration layers are reused across multiple modules - larger systems therefore receive one combined project proposal.

The price depends on the complexity of the process, number of steps, required data, external integrations, automation level, and required level of user control. We define the scope and the quote during a consultation.
What determines the price?
The final price of an AI integration depends on the actual scope of the project.
Number of workflows
Number of connected systems
Availability and quality of data
Number of users and roles
Need for a custom user interface
Document processing requirements
Automatic execution versus approval-based execution
AI usage volume
Need for external lead databases
Email infrastructure
Security requirements
Monitoring and SLA requirements
Complexity of business rules
Controlled and automated processing
AI prepares the content
The AI prepares an analysis, email, offer, or recommendation, but an employee makes the final decision.
AI executes after approval
The system prepares the action, and the user approves sending or data changes with one click.
Controlled automation
The system performs actions automatically only when predefined rules, limits, and confidence thresholds are met.
New systems are usually launched with human approval first and gradually become more automated after testing and validation.
Third-party costs
Monthly prices cover maintenance of the Maestro Solutions integration and the agreed level of support. Usage and licenses for third-party services are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
AI integrations and automation
The automation we build is always shaped around your processes, business rules, available data, integrations, and the level of human control you need. AI is not a magic box - it is a system built around your business.
One workflow or a complete Automation Suite - you choose the scope and level of automation.
Every automation is built around your processes, rules, data, and integrations.
Larger systems receive one combined proposal, not a sum of individual workflow prices.
Are multiple automations considered one AI integration?
One AI integration usually covers one clearly defined primary workflow. When a system includes lead discovery, company analysis, scoring, proposal generation, email sequences, and CRM automation, it consists of multiple connected workflows and is priced as an AI Automation Suite or a custom enterprise solution.
What is considered one workflow?
One workflow has a clearly defined beginning, sequence of steps, and expected result. For example, the user selects a company, the system gathers available information, the AI performs an analysis, and the result is saved in the CRM.
Is every workflow priced separately?
For smaller integrations, each additional workflow may have a separate price. For larger systems, a combined proposal is prepared because different workflows share infrastructure, integrations, authentication, and data layers.
Does the monthly price include AI usage?
No, unless explicitly stated in the proposal. AI API usage and external service licenses are generally billed based on actual usage or an agreed monthly limit.
Can the system automatically send emails and offers?
Yes, but the automation level depends on the agreed business rules. The recommended initial setup is for the AI to prepare the message or offer and for the user to approve it before sending. Fully automatic sending should only be enabled after the rules, data quality, and results have been tested.
Can AI discover potential clients?
Yes. The system can use permitted data sources, connected databases, business directories, and external lead services. Data availability, licensing, and terms of use affect the capabilities and final price.
Can AI analyze a specific company on demand?
Yes. A user can enter a company name or identifying information. The system can gather available information, analyze relevance, risks, and collaboration potential, and then display or save the result in the CRM.
How long does implementation take?
A simpler workflow may be completed within several weeks. Systems with multiple workflows, CRM integration, documents, email automation, and user roles are delivered in phases. The final timeline is defined after the discovery and planning stage.
Can additional workflows be added later?
Yes. The architecture should support the later addition of new workflows, data sources, AI agents, and automation modules.
Who owns the data?
The client retains ownership of its business data. Data storage, processing, access, backup, and use of external services are defined by the contract and technical specification.
