No. We connect AI to the tools you already use: CRM, email, spreadsheets, documents. When an off-the-shelf tool does not cover a process, we build a custom application and the AI workflows run inside it. Everything else stays where it is.
You choose the level of automation. We recommend the AI prepares the message or offer first and an employee approves sending with one click. Fully automatic execution is enabled only once the rules and results have been tested.
